Scope of Position:
Provide on-shift technical support for manufacturing process. Assist Manufacturing Team Leader with production system management and troubleshooting/understanding of process and equipment issues. Provides reports for technical issues and partners with operations and maintenance on troubleshooting and escalation.
Required Education and Years and Area of Experience::

Required Education and Years and Area of Experience::
- 2-year degree in Engineering Technology or related degree.
- Or will consider High School diploma / GED and minimum 10+ years of technical manufacturing support experience with proven leadership capabilities.
Required Skills:
- Broad engineering skills (process, equipment, controls, robots).
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing and maintenance systems.
- Disciplined problem-solving skills.
- Leadership experience with providing direction to teams or production associates.
Desired Experience / Qualifications / Skills:
- Familiar with Robotics and/or automation– operation and maintenance.
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management systems (CMMS).
- Electrical exposure preferred.
Soft Skills:
- Dependable, highly motivated self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Flexible and adaptable; willing to work outside of role to move the team forward.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Provide on-shift technical leadership
- Troubleshoot process and equipment issues with focus on meeting production targets
- Interpret engineering schematics and procedures
- Identify opportunities and make repairs to equipment.
- Adjust process parameters within established limits to ensure process stability.
- Execute experiments and engineering studies.
- Aid in creation and documentation of preventative/predictive maintenance policies and procedures.
- Interface with Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Perform calibrations and process checks.
- Support production reports and shift turnover.
Travel Requirements:
- Negligible
Hours of work/work schedule/flex-time:
- Supports 24/7 manufacturing site.
- Works on 12-hour shift (2-2-3 rotation, subject to change).
- Wears appropriate PPE and gowning for FDA-regulated manufacturing space.
