Essential Functions

- Ensure effective employee relations. Provide employee coaching and development. Makes employment decisions. Resolve employee issues through problem resolution. Consults with HR as required on any of the above.

- Manage departmental performance measures, including visual controls and provides regular progress reports to manager.

Supervisory Responsibility
This position manages all employees of the department and is responsible for the performance management and hiring of the employees within that department. –
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position and is salaried exempt so your hours and work days will vary depending on workloads. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand
Travel
No travel is expected for this position.
Required Education and Experience
- Associate’s degree.
- 3-5 years of experience in a production environment
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5-8 years of experience in a production environment.
- Previous quality management experience
- Manufacturing/industry experience.
