Manufacturing Engineering Manager Summary:
Midwest Recruiters is partnering with an automotive parts manufacturer in the Battle Creek, MI area to recruit a Manufacturing Engineering Manager. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of prior work experience, with 5+ of those years in a Supervisor/Management capacity. In this position, The Manufacturing Engineering Manager will be tasked with managing production engineering and maintenance activities throughout the plant.
Manufacturing Engineering Manager Targeted Profile/Requirements:
· 5+ years of Management/Supervision experience (Maintenance/Manufacturing Engineering/Production Support)
· 10+ years of previous Manufacturing Engineering, Maintenance, or other relatable production experience
· Proven history of automating and optimizing processes/equipment
· Toyota Production Systems (TPS) Working Knowledge, preferred
· Engineering Degree, preferred
Manufacturing Engineering Manager Compensation and Benefits:
Our client has provided a targeted compensation range of $120,000-$140,000 depending on prior experience. Excellent benefits and bonus potential are available.
