Rosboro is currently looking for a Manufacturing Business Analyst to join our team. Your main objective will be to elicit, analyze, specify, and validate business and solution requirements as it applies to the business initiatives you will be working with. Using your process and enterprise solutions expertise you will work with your team to understand the business, design, and document workflow, identify areas of contention, and create a shared understanding between stakeholders, and implement ERP solutions within budget and according to time constraints. Your knowledge and skills will be utilized in both our administrative and manufacturing facilities to help drive our business forward.

Is this a great fit for you? As the Manufacturing Business Analyst, you will have the opportunity to be part of our Infor M3 cloud suite implementation and will work as a liaison between manufacturing and information technology. You will work with project teams to document current business processes, identify future requirements, and reconcile gaps using knowledge of best practice processes and solution constraints to create processes for success.

Essential functions of the Manufacturing Business Analyst role include:

  • Using proven methodologies and tools to elicit, document and transform business processes within ERP implementation, optimization, and operations.
  • Ensure the appropriate sharing of information as a liaison between the business units, technology teams, and support teams through which requirements flow.
  • Elicit and document requirements using interviews, surveys, document analysis, requirements workshops, tasks, and workflow analysis.
  • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying needs.
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with project stakeholders and the project team; always seeking to enable and empower others along the way.

Education and/or Experience:

  • 5+ years working within discrete manufacturing.
  • 5+ years working with complex enterprise solutions.
  • 5+ years facilitating business process analysis and design.
  • Strong analytical and people skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Valid driver’s license

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position with compensation dependent upon experience. Work setting is in both an office and manufacturing environment. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm with after hours and weekend work when necessary.
