HardHat Workforce Solution is currently seeking experienced manual lathe machinist for a busy fabrication shop in ASHLAND, VA.

Requirements:
- Experiences Machining Steel using Haas Mill Machine, Manual Mill, Boring Mill, Drill Press, Manual Lathe, ect. be knowledgeable with regards to; speeds, feeds and the use of high-speed steel and carbide cutting applications
- Must be competent in the use of precision measuring equipment (Calipers, Micrometers, Bore Gage, ect)
- Basic machinist tools required, inside and outside micrometers, calipers, and basic hand tools
- Must be knowledgeable in setting up jobs, building parts from blueprints and troubleshooting issues
- Must be competent in blueprint reading
- Must have programming experience
