The Role

We are looking for a Managing Attorney who wants to lead and manage Marble’s Family Law practice in the State of Ohio. We are innovating the way the law is practiced – and we’re looking for an individual with an entrepreneurial mindset to help us in our efforts. This role will be responsible to ensure that Marble delivers quality legal service. You’ll lead, collaborate, and manage different teams to ensure you are meeting monthly goals.

About You

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school

• Licensed to practice law in your jurisdiction

• 7+ years of experience, in and out of court, with Family Law matters

• Excellent written and oral communication and organizational skills

• Willing and able to work and collaborate remotely

• Preferable to have solid experience in management

About the Role

• Monitor legal work of 100+ attorneys to ensure quality performance

• Work with and help build cutting edge technology

• Quickly jump on situations to address any concerns regarding quality of performance and service

• Communicate frequently with team members regarding various areas of the business

• Provide expertise and advise on various topics surrounding the practice of law

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $140,000.00 per year
