This is an exciting new role that will oversee paid media efforts across our network of Medical Groups. Working closely with the Marketing teams at several locations, the person will manage department and Clinic wide paid media and channel marketing efforts. They will be responsible for driving campaign efficiencies and provide ROI reporting as outlined by the respective groups.

This position requires strong problem solving and analytical skills, excellent communication skills and is able to manage multiple projects and budgets simultaneously.


Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan, own and lead paid advertising efforts across multiple lines of business with direction and business goals set by the respective teams
  • Build strategy and execute paid media buys including but not limited to paid search (Google, Bing), Google and programmatic display campaigns, paid social (Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) as well as programmatic CTV/OTT and Digital Audio.
  • Manage day-to-day execution of paid media campaigns, set up conversion tracking and optimize campaign performance and media spend to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
  • Manage all existing paid media efforts, while being able to conduct thorough keyword research, market research, competitive research and audience targeting research to build high performing campaigns on an as-needed basis
  • Manage departmental and Clinic budgets including tracking and pacing
  • Continuous identification of daily and weekly optimizations that can be applied portfolio-wide to generate YoY ROI/ROAS growth from digital media investment
  • Support stakeholders as organizational subject matter experts on social media buying, and coach other team members and the larger brand teams on paid social best practices
  • Triage and escalate campaign launch and management issues
  • Proactively partner with key stakeholders across each clinic’s respective marketing teams to ensure Clinic campaigns are cohesive, well-integrated and that brand objectives are met on an ongoing basis
  • Prepare quarterly reporting and analysis, communicate results and recommend data-driven decisions to business teams
  • Stay current with digital marketing technologies and introduce innovative new insights to improve strategy


Requirements

  • 3-5+ years’ experience dedicated to paid media campaign planning and execution in an agency or corporate environment
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ad Manager, LinkedIn Ads and other ad management platforms to drive results
  • Working knowledge of website CMS platforms
  • Experience managing in-house or client digital ad budgets of at least $150,000 annually
  • Strong Excel knowledge
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics is ideal
  • Experience working with Marketing Cloud or desire to learn is a plus
  • Ability to organize and manage detailed work, as well as work independently
    and balance multiple tasks
  • Ideal candidate must be proactive, disciplined and extremely organized
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills
  • Excellent communication and writing skills


Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Media, Advertising or Marketing required. Master’s Degree in related field preferred


Licensure/certification
Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics. Google Tag Manager preferred
