As the Manager of Internal Communications & Engagement, you’ll work in partnership with various cross-functional stakeholders and team members in a dynamic and ambiguous environment, to promote Divergent Solutions leadership’s vision and messaging, to help amplify the unit’s internal culture, and to recognize and celebrate employees. This role will work closely with our Divergent Solutions Human Resources and Change Management teams to ensure that our employee engagement efforts are particularly resonant with our employees.

Responsibilities:

• Experience working on large events and projects that require cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while managing changing priorities and deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Track record of working closely with senior executives as a strategic communications counselor on communications strategies and activities
• The ability to work effectively under deadline and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Demonstrated background creating content, messaging and events for diverse internal/external audiences across a variety of formats
• Support employee culture-building endeavors within Divergent Solutions through program and messaging support
• Collaboration with Talent Acquisition, Human Resources and Change Management teams within Divergent Solutions to support Jacobs’ mission to be an employer of choice

This is a full time remote position and can work from anywhere in the United States.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communication or relevant field
• Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant work experience
• Experience producing and supporting live events
• Experience building and sustaining employee culture efforts
• Strong writing and storytelling skills
• Social media and strategic digital communications experience

Preferred:

• Master’s degree (or Master’s degree program participation) preferred
• Experience with talent acquisition marketing efforts desired

Typical salary range for this position is $108k to $160k and is commensurate with experience relative to the position.
