What will you do?

• In partnership with the Management team, oversee and coordinate all activities of the front-of-the-house, kitchen, and pastry departments, ensuring quality and efficiency in food preparation and customer service
• Uphold all store procedures, Beyond Bread policies and act as an example of excellence
• Act as a liaison with customers, resolve any issues or complaints and ensure satisfaction and return business
• Communicate daily goals, menu changes and operational updates
• Walk the store and ensure appearance and cleanliness standards are met
• Create a safe environment for all Beyond Bread employees and customers
• Assist in the planning, development and implementation of coaching, training and scheduling
