The Manager, Immigration & Mobility is responsible for both the domestic and inbound international mobility program for Red Bull North America and it's North American affiliates. You will manage a premium experience in all employee movement, while ensuring compliance with all state, federal and local employment laws and regulations.

You will manage Red Bull's relocation and immigration policy, budget, and program working with Talent Partners, Talent Acquisition, Management, Red Bull GmbH, and external partners. You will be the subject matter expert within Red Bull and main contact to lead employee experience through the program.

RESPONSIBILITIES

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

  • Immigration Program Management

    Maintain and evolve Red Bull US immigration policy and practices, to ensure competitiveness and employee experience

    Coordinate processing and timelines for non-immigrant (e.g., H1-B, L-1, TN) and immigrant visa sponsorship (all stages of the PERM process, I-140 and I-485 filings) and J-1 and F-1 applications

    Facilitate and coordinate conversations with external counsel, assist managers and employees with daily questions, and ensure overall compliance on all immigration matters and programs

    Collaborate with the business, Talent Team and external counsel to develop, execute and communicate immigration filing strategies for cases

    Ensure foreign nationals are well informed regarding all stages of their immigrant status including documentation, strategy, and case progression

    Provide responses to immigration policy and program questions for candidates, employees and managers

    Evaluate immigration blanket, making recommendations for updates based on business need.

  • Mobility Program Management

    Maintain both domestic and inbound international relocation program for North America

    Work with external relocation partner to ensure seamless employee experience in relocation services

    Benchmark program against market trends and make recommendations to improve program and service offerings to employees

    Develop internal communication materials and deliver guidance for key stakeholders, including line managers, Talent Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Operations to ensure steady application of program

    Facilitate semi-annual performance review of program, working with external relocation partner; evaluate and propose adjustments to program to maximize value and experience

EXPERIENCE

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

  • 5+ years Human Resources experience with 2+ years immigration experience
  • Knowledge of local, state and U.S. federal laws governing recruiting and employment
  • Experience of North American cross border employment law and work visa requirements.
  • Working knowledge of US immigration and Global Mobility processes
  • Demonstrate consistency in achieving accuracy and compliance
  • Project management skills, with a need to identify both all trends, and stakeholder partnerships
  • Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent knowledge and experience.
  • Fluent in English for written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or experience in lieu of degree
  • English, additional languages an advantage
