The Market Fulfilment Center team works closely with robotics and automation, to come up with innovative ideas to serve our customers. The Store WMS team is working on creating a Warehouse Management System in the backroom of a Store so that we can manage our inventory better.

SWMS Specific Responsibilities:

In this role you will be Responsible for the software solution for Store backrooms. This includes designing operational processes and workflows that will be utilized across the Walmart store network. In this role you will be collaborating with operational, technical, and engineering partners to define optimal software solutions that will result in reduced cost and improved customer experience. You will dig into the technical solutions to help provide the business value needed. You will also track development, test and validate the solution, and interact with end users. This role offers the ability to solve customer problems through software!
  • Supply Chain Management experience, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Technology Product Management, Program Management, Distribution or Ecommerce Fulfillment background
  • Automation & Robotics experience (not a must have)
  • Cross-functional team management
  • Supply Chain Operations Management

  • Driving product lifecycle from requirement gathering, requirement writing, identifying, and measuring the value, partnering on the development, testing, and other launch efforts
  • Defining vision and strategies for your product family, using domain expertise, internal and external best practices; identifying market opportunities, building business cases, and approving objectives
  • Developing and enhancing products - you will manage product roadmaps, align business and technical needs, analyze customer and product data, turn customer insights into actionable initiatives, determine rollout strategy, and manage risks
  • Help software engineers design and architect the best solution for technical needs.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and 4 years' experience in product management or related field OR 6 years' experience in product management or related field.

The annual salary range for this position is $136,000.00-$200,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
