Salary Range: $73,900 - $120,600
This position has the potential to be a hybrid position with up to 50% remote work.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for timely employment and placement of quality new hires and internal candidates for scheduled and exempt
positions in a cost-effective manner to meet operational demands and objectives.
Activities include:
- Divisional ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle - recruiting, interviewing, and selection of scheduled and exempt candidates for hire and promotion
- Support and respond to exempt and scheduled benefit questions and concerns.
Focus on D&I activities to include leading divisional diversity councils and involvement in other company business resource groups
- Prepare materials and presents training to diverse employee groups on various human resources topics.
- Provide proactive labor relations support and serves as an adjunct to the Labor Relations function
- Must investigate and respond to employee complaints for the territory – EEOC, Internal complaints, and complaints through a company hotline system.
- Multitask, fast pace environment with shifting priorities
- 25% Travel over a large geographic territory as required - This position may have multi-division responsibilities.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimumm of 3 years of experience in Human Resources
- Individual must have strong demonstrated interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written).
- Individual must be self-directed and motivated.
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel a must.
- Prior experience in recruitment and hiring selection.
- Comprehensive knowledge of all federal and applicable state employment laws.
- Knowledge of compensation and benefits programs.
- Progressive, recent human resources management experience is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Preferred knowledge of operational and system functions.
- Strong independent decision making ability, excellent analytical ability and attention to detail, and strong organizational
skills.
- A firm understanding of organizational and management development practices.
