Schedule Details: Responsible for Cath and IR for WMH, OMH and, Mukwonago Monday through Friday- normal business hours


What You Will Do:

The Manager of Clinical CV Services and Interventional Radiology manages and develops PHC CV Services and IR strategic goals and objectives, by analyzing division/department performance and quality excellence initiatives to enhance overall operational performance. This leader will regularly analyze division/departmental data and report on PHC CV & IR operational metrics related to back office business functions; expenses and efficiencies; revenue cycle enhancement; materials/inventory management; as well as quality and process improvement initiatives to allow clinical practices to flow optimally. Works collaboratively with the Clinical Managers and physicians to develop and implement strategic goals and metrics that promote as well as enhance growth and efficiencies to ensure operational and clinical excellence for PHC CV Services to CV services operational performance. Acts as Director of CV Services in his/her absence.


What You Will Do:

  • Serves as a resource to the Service Line Director on strategic issues impacting CV services
  • Displays knowledge of current and future direction of cardiovascular services , especially as it relates to the application of new technology and innovations
  • Responsible for statistical, budgetary, and analytical review of operations within CV services and provides oversight of the development of operations, financials, and growth initiatives, while meeting patient and provider expectations.
  • Monitors CV & IR scheduling and assesses productivity, and designs improvement plan.
  • Collaborates with departmental leadership and finance to develop annual operating and capital budgets
  • Analyze and report on the financial performance of the surgery division and identifies and develops cost savings initiatives for the division
  • Ensures effective inventory management of cath/IR supplies, implants and resources through collaborative work with staff and leaders.
  • Maintain and improve patient safety initiatives through collaborative design and trending of industry standards
  • Works directly with Director of Surgical Services, Medical Staff and Clinical Mangers to design and implement a vision of growth and operational excellence for the future of the service line

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2 years of leadership experience preferred, ideally in a procedural area of Cath Lab or IR
  • Minimum of 3 years clinical knowledge and experience in Interventional Radiology or Cath Lab; as an RN or Tech
