We are looking for a Manager to lead our opening team of The Saint in Dallas, TX!
We will open just north of Deep Ellum, in the spring of 2023. The Saint promises fresh pasta, dry-aged steaks, and options for vegetarians and vegans.
Our manager oversees all operations in the restaurant including front of house, and back of house.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver Exceptional Hospitality! We pride ourselves on the local community.
- Manage restaurant efficiencies for economic-growth, staff morale and guest satisfaction.
- Assist with employee hiring, training, scheduling, payroll, and terminations.
- Communicates effectively with the kitchen on new menu roll outs, changes, or any 86'd items.
- Manage weekly front of house costs and employee payroll budgets.
- Participate in daily pre-shift meetings with front of house staff.
- Meet with guests to ensure their expectations have been met.
- Assist other areas of the restaurant when necessary.
- Must be able to assist with cleaning projects, our restaurant is everyone’s responsibility.
- Candidate must have at least 1-2 years prior experience.
- Candidate must be experienced with computers including Microsoft Office.
- Candidate must be able to bend and lift to 50 lbs.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must be a team leader, player and have a positive can-do attitude.
- Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule, must be able to work weekends, and holidays.
