Pavestone LLC is a manufacturer of segmental concrete products for commercial, residential, contractor, industrial, and retail customers. Pavestone seeks highly motivated individuals to grow with us.

Pavestone LLC has an immediate opening for a Plant Manager Trainee for our Northeast Region based out of the Middleboro, MA location.
The successful candidate will be trained to perform management duties at the plant level. The Plant Manager Trainee reports to the Regional VP of Operations and will interact with company managers, supervisors, peers, and subordinates. Promotion to the Plant Manager position may not be at the training facility; therefore, eventual relocation may be required.
Requirements:
- Manufacturing-related work experience.
- A mechanical aptitude capable of communicating with maintenance personnel and be able to build, maintain and lead a teamwork-type environment and be able to monitor/manage adequate inventory controls along with strong analytical problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well with customers a must.
- This is an industrial environment and requires attention to SAFETY.
- Must be able to handle employees supervision, production demands, customer requests, planning and controlling all aspects of plant operations, major equipment breakdowns, and unusual customer demands during the peak season.
