Job Description

Coca-Cola Beverages Northeast is seeking a Management Systems Manager. The role will be based within our Quality, Safety and Environmental (QSE) Department, and will support two high-speed manufacturing facilities. The Management Systems Manager is responsible for ensuring that the organization's management systems are properly implemented, maintained, and improved. They will ensure that the organization complies with relevant standards and regulations, and that these systems are aligned with the organization's strategic objectives.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining management systems in line with relevant standards and regulations, such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and FSSC 22000.
  • Ensuring that management systems are effectively integrated with other business processes, such as risk management, supply chain management, and project management.
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to support the effective operation of the management systems, and ensuring that they are communicated to relevant stakeholders.
  • Providing training and support to staff on the management systems, including conducting internal audits, and ensuring that corrective actions are taken where necessary.
  • Ensuring that an effective document control management system is implemented within scope of the integrated management system.
  • Working closely with senior management to identify areas for improvement in the management systems, and developing and implementing strategies to address them.
  • Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of the management systems, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Ensuring that the organization complies with relevant legal, regulatory, and industry standards.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, technical field preferred.
  • At least 5 years of manufacturing or supply chain operations experience. Relevant food manufacturing or beverage manufacturing experience is a plus. Must possess the ability to apply technical knowledge and establish credibility with highly technical audiences with the ability to break down or modify complex technical information as needed to communicate it orally or in writing to non-technical persons.
  • Excellent project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail are also essential.
  • Experience with Quality Management System (QMS) databases such as EtQ is a plus.
