Job description
We are a Congregate Living Health Facility with a 6-patient capacity. We are looking for a qualified maintenance to join our team.
- Assist with inspection of the property and common areas.
- Complete maintenance requests within 24-48 hours
- Keep track of maintenance log
- Change all A/C filters
- Follow a preventative maintenance schedule
- Serve as an on call maintenance providing evening, weekends and holiday emergency services
- Secure, repair and maintain any equipment
Job Type: Part Time could lead into Full Time
Salary: $16.04 - $19.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 to 8 hour shift Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Landscape maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
