Role / Title:

Under the direction of the Maintenance Manager and Maintenance Supervisor and with the support of management staff, the employee will follow these job descriptions as it relates to the job title. The employee will own results for technical training of the team, defect handling system, execution of KHMS strategies and the 52-week Maintenance plan from SAP. This employee will actively participate in annual planning, weekly DDS & PDCA meetings, daily SHO, Level 1 & Level 2 meetings.

This employee will coach and develop the maintenance capability of teams by serving as a technical coach and resource, spends time on the floor gathering information on breakdowns, defects, and work order completion over the past 24 hours. Works with area PO and CI Lead to continuously improve the routes and action plans by surrounding CBM and improve the content and standardization of Bill of Material (BOM). Works with the PO & CI Tripod to continuously improve PM work instructions, task list, checklist, maintenance planning, scheduling and kitting, strategies, and orders parts as necessary to support maintenance activities.

Key Components of the role:

· Perform all aspects of mechanical, electrical, and preventative types of maintenance on various high-speed and packaging machinery

· Trouble shooting

· Read electrical prints and perform basic wiring up to 480 volts

· Prioritize PM activities with the weekly schedule per KHMS Planning Tool

· Understands principle centered coaching leadership and humble questioning

· Coaching and qualifying aspects of PM, CLM & CL activities with employees within the process

· Organize and execute duties as directed by the Process Owner.

· Actively participate in team goal setting/implementation to ensure that we are a low-cost, high-quality producer

· Ensure quality of our products and workplace by following all procedures and guidelines.

· Comply with all established GMP, HACCP guidelines, housekeeping responsibilities and QRMP operating procedures

· Flexibility to adjust schedule to work with employees from all shifts as required

· Works overtime as necessary

· Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

· Frequent standing & walking required

· Prolonged periods working on feet, using tools, and performing repetitive actions that entail frequent bending and stooping

· Computer skills, typing skills, and ability to manipulate data using spreadsheets

· Proficient in SAP

· Operate Forklift, Scissor Lift, and Boom Lift

· Certified in LOTO

· Work as a team member to solve problems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $28.05 per hour
