- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to successfully pass background check, drug test and pre-employment physical.
- Experience in apartment maintenance to include knowledge of carpentry, HVAC, electrical and plumbing.
- Ability to effectively communicate with persons of all backgrounds.
- Effectively troubleshoot and solve maintenance issues.
- Must be able to participate in a rotating on call schedule.
