Job description

Talento Search Group has an opening for a Maintenance Technician in Millington, Tennessee. This is a direct-hire position and the pay range is $27-29 per hour, depending on experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing mechanical and electrical equipment
• Install machinery and equipment
• Work with 480V, 3 phase motors, circuits and read electrical and mechanical prints and schematics
• Install and maintain wiring and conduit systems in accordance with the NEC
• Utilize mechanical skill sets including piping, hydraulics, pumps, motors, and flow controls
• Maintain facility equipment
• Reduce machine downtime

Experience Needed:

• At least 3 years of industrial maintenance experience
• Experience performing preventive maintenance on production machinery
• Minimum of high school diploma or GED
