We are currtently seeking a Maintenance technician to join our team. you will be resposible for completing work order and other rrquired tasks.
RESPOSIBILITIES:
- Complete work and repair orders in timely manner.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance.
- Keep the record of the inventory on daily basis.
- Keep the property clean.
- Punctual and Hardworking. Work as a team member.
QUALIFICATION:
- Previous experience in maintenance or related fields specially in hotel/motel.
- Familarity with the maintence tools and and equipment.
- Ability to handle the physical worload.
- Deadline and detail oriented.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
