This Maintenance position is located in our Andrews, TX facility and ensures the safe and quality operation of our equipment and facility so we can produce high quality products for shipment to our customers.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Trouble shoot faulty equipment, determine repair procedure
• Perform Required Repairs to rolling equipment, electrical equipment, and air systems
• Clean, service and repair fiberglass equipment
• Perform regular PM Maintenance on forklifts and vehicles
• Operate equipment, power tools, assembly jigs and material handling equipment (including, but not limited to, circular saws, hand drills, grinders, jacks, air tools, etc.)
• Wear appropriate PPE
• Comply with all NOV Company policies, guidelines, and procedures
• Comply with all HSE policies, guidelines, and procedures
• Comply with all Quality policies, guidelines, and procedures
• Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Vocational/Mechanical Training a plus
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems
• Forklift license preferred

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Factory environment with a large range in temperature changes
• Standing up to 12 hours daily
• Walking up to 12 hours daily
• Bending/Stooping up to 12 hours daily
• Repetitive Movement (shoveling/sweeping/fastening) up to 12 hours daily
• Lifting weights up to 50 lbs. Regularly
• Push/Pull up to 12 hours daily
