Job description
The responsibility of the Maintenance Technician is to provide timely and effective repairs. Timelines are sensitive to the needs of the guest, and work may need to be completed after regular business hours.
Team JCK is a family owned-business with our corporate office located in Eugene, OR. Our QSR operated business spans from Medford, OR to Longview WA. We currently have four brands in our portfolio: Carl?s Jr, The Human Bean, Jersey Mike?s Subs and Dave's Hot Chicken.
MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform general plumbing, electrical and heating, ventilation and air conditioning repairs to the facilities equipment and systems in manner effective for ongoing business operations, without interruption to the guest.
- Perform inspections of equipment and systems as needed to identify problems or issues.
- Consult blueprints, building plans, vendor and preventative maintenance agreements to identify best solutions to resolve systems or equipment issues.
- Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure that plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems continue operating properly.
- Communicate consistently with team to ensure sharing of knowledge and status, document as needed.
- Perform general cleaning tasks and maintain inventory of supplies.
EXPERIENCE:
- Ability to read blueprints, repair manuals.
- Skilled with hand tools and power tools.
- Knowledge of general plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems preferred.
