Excel Property Management is an established Property Management company which is continuing to grow and has multiple openings for Maintenance Technicians. The Maintenance Technicians will be responsible for providing maintenance and service to Excel managed communities located in different areas of Ocean City, MD and the coastal areas of Delaware.

Job Description

$500 retention bonus

Excel is seeking Maintenance Technicians with proven experience in repair, replacement and maintenance services in most or all of the following areas:

-Roofing

-Guttering

-Siding

-Carpentry work

-Drywall

-Other repairs and improvements may be required

-Experience managing multiple work/service orders

Experience

The ideal candidates will be reliable, punctual, professional in appearance, organized, detail oriented and a team player.

Candidates will have knowledge of general maintenance processes, proficiency using a variety of tools, and strong problem-solving skills.

3+ years of directly related or closely related experience preferred

High School Diploma/GED Equivalent

Drivers license required with clean driving record
