Park Place on Seagrove Beach, one of the finest luxury beachfront properties on 30A is looking for a full time Maintenance Supervisor. Amazing opportunity to the right individual. This is a Non-Rental condominium.

Responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining this 19-unit, 4 level, luxury beachfront property. Daily duties will include completing a daily/weekly/monthly cleaning checklist, operating small equipment including pressure washer, performing repairs throughout the property as required and interacting with outside vendors who service pools, elevators, fire life safety system, landscape and irrigation and beach service. Experience with mechanical equipment and system, elevators, mechanical gates, electrical, and plumbing is a plus. Position also requires some painting.

This gated luxury property includes 19 residential units spread over 4 levels, parking garage, 5 elevators including 4 private elevators, two swimming pool, hot tub and a large private beach.

Housekeeping/Cleaning- 60%

Maintenance- 30%

Property Supervision- 10%

Candidate must possess excellent communication skills as interaction with the 19-unit owners and board members is ongoing. The position requires an individual who take a high level of pride in their performance, is highly self motivated and take initiative.

This is a full-time position with a typical schedule of Monday through Friday from 7am-4pm. Occasional weekends may be required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
