Amerit Fleet Solutions, one of the leading fleet maintenance companies in the U.S., is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Maintenance Scheduler Planner (MSP) to join our growing team!

The MSP will be responsible for the scheduling, communications, and KPI’s associated with day-to-day maintenance and repairs at our on-site Boeing facilities. MSP’s will work hand-in-hand with Amerit Fleet Managers (FM) and well as Boeing OAR’s for the scheduling and tracking of all routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance repairs. MSP’s are the lynchpin for communications and status updates ensuring business partners are aware of unit status, work completed, and out of services levels. Finally, MSP’s will track KPI’s associated with the accounts to ensure cycle time, aging work, PM completion and downtime.

Compensation: $60k-68k salary - Paid weekly, every Friday!

Shift: Monday-Friday: 11:00am - 7:30pm

What the role looks like:

  • Highly motivated self-starter with great communication and planning skills.
  • Supports the Fleet Manager (FM) in day-to-day operations for all on-site and satellite locations in your area of responsibility.
  • MSP’s will schedule all routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance throughout the facility, using a computerized maintenance management system, MAXIMO.
  • MSP’s are the direct counterpart to the Boeing Onsite Activity Representatives (OAR) which oversee each facility and will ensure timely communication and partnership for service, repairs and daily MAXIMO updates.
  • Monitor repairs and repair orders from initial scheduling, task assignment, parts/service requirements, and task completion throughout the repair lifecycle, to include a quality review for time and materials, job coding, and customer communications when return to service.
  • Effectively communicates with all area equipment owners, technicians, mangers, and supplies to maximize productivity and minimize downtime to operational customers.
  • Maintain and monitor all due dates for all preventative and predictive maintenance to ensure 100% compliance and cycle times for scheduling.
  • Ability to partner with key stakeholders for parts, services, procurement, and inventory oversight.
  • Schedule and coordinate 3rd party repairs and services, both on and off site, and monitor progress to include estimate approval, purchase orders, repair updates and warranty work.
  • Build and report weekly summaries to show repairs KPIs, as well as completed and in-progress work, average cycle time, as well as PM completions.
  • Develop ongoing key performance metrics to drive efficiency and process improvement throughout the business.
  • Assist and monitor work order to invoice progress in MAXIMO, partner with Amerit FP&A teams to verify revenue, hours, COGs and other data for the business.
  • Report out data inside MAXIMO, able to build charts, graphs, and pivots around repair data for internal monitoring well as customer business reviews.
  • Driving & supporting existing account growth through project management, analytics, associated tasks/projects, and implementation
  • Interprets performance data and develops periodic reports summarizing department progress toward implementing and executing the maintenance program

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Planning or scheduling maintenance and services
  • Fleet maintenance or aviation maintenance experience
  • Data management
  • Identifying and implementing operational improvements
  • Demonstrated experience in providing a high level of customer service
  • Understanding of service intervals and standard repair times

Preferred Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Highly proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
  • Ability to review and analyze data for weekly KPIs
  • Excellent organization, planning and communication skills is a must
  • Previous work in MAXIMO is a plus
  • Experience with BI platforms and report building is a plus
  • Fleet experience or aviation maintenance experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
