Position: Maintenance Sales Representative

Essential Duties

  • Drive entire sales territory for prospecting and client meetings
  • Climb ladders to access rooftop units when necessary
  • Achieve or exceed Sales Goals and Awards
  • Communicate complex problems into simple explanations
  • Sales Prospecting and awareness of Sales Territory
  • Deal with a complex sale and multi-level decision makers
  • Build and maintain rapport and positive working relations with Team to resolve problems, find opportunities and maximize profits.
  • In a timely fashion, prepare complete, clear, and concise reports, proposals, booking packages, paperwork and CRM data.

Requirements

  • Hunter sales mentality, goal driven and self-motivated
  • Demonstrated record of success in selling services or other intangible business offerings
  • Prior HVAC experience is a plus but not required
  • Self-disciplined, results driven, and accustomed to winning sales awards through consistent high performance
  • Prior B2B sales experience is a plus but not required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with a sales CRM program
  • Valid Driver’s License

  • Base Salary Range: $50k - $60k (in addition to below mentioned pay)
