In this role you will provide leadership to ensure that maintenance activities are accomplished within the mill area teams in a manner that supports mill and team objectives. In addition, this position will require the Planner Technician to provide support utilizing their tools on the manufacturing and shop floor when the workload requires. This role is part of Kimberly-Clark’s investment in creating new jobs and expanding its capabilities to produce premium Diapers, Pull Ups and Adult Depends that are essential to millions of lives around the world, and right here in Corinth, MS for our Global Nonwoven Mill.

About You

As a person, you’re a balanced thinker, a motivated fixer – someone who is always taking initiative to solve problems, make things better and respectfully engage others along the journey with you. You will also be able to demonstrate organizational and planning skills in order to integrate demands with factors of cost, materials, and manpower. Have the ability to lead, direct, train, develop and motivate people.

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

  • Associate or 2-year technical degree in an industrial electrical field preferred / or a combined 5 years’ experience and post high school education in an industrial field. Will consider equivalent Military Education/Training

  • 2 years or more experience as a Maintenance Planner

  • Day shift; must be flexible

  • SAP experience highly preferred

  • Mechanical/Electrical Maintenance background

  • Planning/Scheduling experience within a manufacturing facility preferred

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Projects

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

  • Strong ability to plan work while being flexible to changes in scheduling needs
