Property Maintenance Evaluator

Please note: This position will require you to be visiting residential properties in the Greater DC/Baltimore areas (Maryland only) on a daily basis.

The Rockville, MD office serves all of Montgomery County, Prince Georges County, Anne Arundel County, Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Howard County, Harford County, Frederick County, and surrounding areas.

About the position:

We are seeking a Property Maintenance Evaluator to help manage and grow our presence in the market.

Requirements:

• Must have reliable transportation, GPS and be able to drive all over the greater Maryland/DC/Baltimore area (reimbursement for mileage/expenses will be provided
• Must be able to work on your own with little oversight
• Must be able to follow directions
• Must have excellent customer service and people skills
• Must be organized, have very good time management skills and the ability to prioritize
• Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills
• Possess a sense of urgency and professional demeanor
• General maintenance and repair knowledge preferred
• Local area knowledge preferred
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office required
• Knowledge of the Internet and email required
• Experience in maintenance management or suitable experience in residential repairs preferred
• Ability to prepare, write and communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and staff

This is a full-time hourly position with a starting pay of $18 - $22/hr based upon experience.
