Job description
Deceuninck is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for our Monroe facility. They will support Engineering Project Managers in the implementation of CAPEX investment or projects.
Core Responsibilities:
- Supervise and develop improvement projects aiming to better equipment reliability.
- Designs mechanical and electromechanical systems.
- Keep updated buildings and infrastructure drawings. Administer energy and all utilities consumptions, developing and implementing methods to control.
- Give directions to department technicians and help to optimize asset health.
- Lead electro mechanical projects and installations following existing codes and standards.
- Support Capital Project Engineer on large projects.
- Participate in the design of tactical plans and execute related operations objectives.
- Data driven KPI’s to run continuous improvement projects to eliminate unplanned downtime.
- Responsible to Maintain company assets, objecting higher levels of reliability at lower cost.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience with Engineering in a Manufacturing facility.
- Knowledge of EHS rules and guidelines following OSHA compliance.
- CAD or related software experience.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a high-level technician with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the industry.
- Project Management Certification preferred.
