In order to continue to reach our goals as a company, we are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team. Candidates should be able to perform the essential responsibilities as well as meet the qualifications listed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Makes repairs on equipment as able or coordinates repairs through outside contractors
- Develops preventative maintenance program
- Reviews new product plans and discusses equipment needs and modifications with Administrator
- Must be available and willing to assist in any emergency in the building at any time, such as power outage, fire, or major equipment problem
- Knowledgeable of an implements all safety, universal precautions, and Company policies/procedures for the protection of residents, co-workers, and self
Qualifications:
- Nursing home experience preferred
