Our healthcare facility is looking for a Maintenance Director to join our team. They will be responsible for complete management of proper and safe preparation, repair, application and continuing maintenance of painted or related surfaces, both interior and exterior of Lorien Bulle Rock.

Requirement
- Completing work and repair orders in a timely fashion
- Performing routine preventive maintenance inside and outside of the building
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
- Carpentry experience, preferred
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Strong HVAC knowledge or certification
- Must have the ability to handle a physical workload
- Plumbing, painting and electrical experience
- Must be detail-oriented, highly-motivated, and a self-starter
- Protect residents by adhering to infection control and isolation procedures and following reporting procedures.
