Job description
Villa Nueva Interservices in Lake Worth, FL is looking for one maintenance to join our 17-person strong team. We are located on 1922 7th Ave N. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and engaged.
The job is around 10 to 15 hours a week in the evening, after 7 pm, and/or Saturdays all day.

Responsibilities

*Maintain business machine in good running conditions. *Ensure safety regulations are met. *Coordinate and facilitate maintenance and repairs. *Provide exceptional customer service. *detect errors and correct mechanical issues. *design a preventive plan to guaranteed parts and Maintenace needed for machines.
Qualifications
-
*Experience working in maintenance. electricity, plumbing, welding, etc. *Capable of learning new skills quickly *Knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems *Able to use hand and mechanical tools to ensure safety and completion of tasks. *This person needs to be able to speak some Spanish.
