What will you do as a Maintenance Assistant

  • Maintain the general upkeep of all common areas and resident rooms.
  • Interior maintenance duties include painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and repair work.
  • You'll conduct daily tour of facility to check maintenance request books on each nurses' station and in kitchen and perform needed repairs as well as safety surveillance to monitor potentially unsafe work areas, equipment, and practices.
  • In addition to interior maintenance, you'll be required to perform exterior seasonal lawn and grounds maintenance.

What you need as a Maintenance Assistant

  • Previous experience preferred
