*Property Maintenance Technician - Ranches* *Role: *Property Maintenance Technician for high-end boutique hospitality company The Property Maintenance Technician’s role will be to maintain and service the infrastructure of our rural short term rental properties (landscaping, pool, electricity, plumbing, internet, hvac, septic etc), as well as assist with a variety of repairs projects. This individual is expected to be organized, proactive and capable of working autonomously. *Responsibilities* ● Inspect rural short term rental properties regularly to ensure all systems, equipments and appliances are functioning properly. ● Maintain landscaping and grounds of ranch properties. ● Perform routine maintenance and repairs of various items throughout the property (furniture repairs, lighting, appliances, hvac, landscaping, water equipment, pressure washing, *and*). ● Assist with occasional plumbing / electrical / septic / drywall repair projects. ● Take on special projects (installing shelving in laundry room, assisting with upgrading the internet etc). ● Work with external contractors (pool cleaning, water testing, pest control etc) and ensure successful delivery of services. ● Act promptly to resolve emergency issues (power outages, water shortages etc). ● Assist with renovation items (demo, waste removal, paint etc). ● Communicate effectively with customers, co-workers and property management. ● Ability to prioritize tasks, set a schedule for maintenance items and stick to it. ● Duties may evolve based on needs of the business. *Requirements* ● Experience with landscaping required. Knowledge of operating mowers and tractors. ● Must be familiar with plumbing, electrical, sewer and HVAC systems. Hotel industry experience is a plus. ● Problem-solving attitude. ● Ability to identify issues and address them quickly. ● Attention to detail and physical stamina. ● Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends and holidays. ● Willingness to respond to properties during emergencies. ● Must be willing to travel to Texas Hill Country locations including Dripping Springs, Llano, Cypress Mills. *Job Type* ● Pay: $20-25/hour ● Fuel stipend $200/month *Property Maintenance Technician - Ranches* ● Availability: must be available weekends, on call.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
