Minute Men Staffing is hiring for machine operators in the Sidney, Ohio area for an automotive parts manufacturer.

$16 - $17 per hour

1st - 6:30 am to 2:30 pm M-F normal shift; OT Sat/Sun
2nd - 2:30 pm to 10:30 pm M-F normal shift; OT Sat/Sun
3rd - 10:30 pm to 6:30 am Sun-Thurs regular shift; OT on Friday/Sat night

Responsibilities:
Run various operations on the production floor including but not limited to baler, load floors, water jets, presses, shoddy and as duties are assigned.

Skills and requirements:
Good communication with the ability to interact effectively with department associates, support functions and members of supervision.
High degree of motor control, dexterity and eye hand coordination.
Moderate to heavy physical efforts required.

Abilities:
Any combination of formal education, experience, and training providing the knowledge and ability to read instructions, write, and perform at a level required for successful job performance.
Must be able to use simple math, including decimals and fractions.
Basic PC functions and label printing abilities.
