Job description
The Machine Operator is respnsible for the overall hourly, daily, and weekly quality and quantity of parts produced in their assigned area(s).
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Verify that the parts being produced are to customer requirements by visual inspection, gauging, and other types of verification as may be deemed required
- Document all work completed, amount of down time, issues , and an accurate production counts on production sheets. Ensure beginnning and ending counter numbers are recorded. All paperwork is to be turned in to the Production office prior to leaving for the day.
- Notify quality of any non-conforming material.
- Complete all necessary paperwor.
- Efficiently operate all maching in the pland and producting quality parts alon with meeting production requirements absed on training completed, operation standards, and production effciencies.
- Follwo and comply with all safety, MIOSHA, and environmental rule and policies.
