We have immediate openings in our 2nd shift Splicing Department at our Hartselle, AL location. In this role, you will prepare seals and gaskets to be joined together according to customer specifications. This position is eligible for incentive pay! The more you produce, the more money you can make! We will also provide you with all the training you need to be successful! Every employee plays a key role in the success of the company! Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Join seal corners
• Check gasket and magnet lengths according to work instructions
• Trim and pack gaskets for shipping

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to lift and carry 35 to 50 lbs several time per day
• Experience operating an extrusion line a Plus
• Have a good mechanical aptitude and acceptable math skills
• Ability to work while standing for long periods of time
