$250 Sign-on after training and $250 for referrals!
Encore Wire, located in McKinney, Texas, is one of the nation’s top copper and aluminum wire manufacturers, outfitting residential, commercial and industrial spaces across the US for a customer base that would blow your mind! Encore is seeking individuals who are looking to join the Production Team. In this role, you will be on the frontlines helping make the wire that has made us who we are.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepares and inspects the machine for safe operation
- Maintains a clean and safe work environment
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned
- Complies with safety policies, practices and procedures according to OSHA
- Reports all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or safety team
- Maintain consistent and reliable attendance
- Essential functions and responsibilities will also include following supervisor’s directions and the additional requirements of the various jobs assigned.

· Previous manufacturing experience is a plus!

Work Environment & Physical Responsibilities:
Duties are performed in a loud production setting subject to extreme temperatures. Some duties may be required to be performed outside. Comfortable with repetitive movement, kneeling, crouching and stooping. Requires using hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools or controls. Requires lifting up to 50 pounds while bending, twisting and/or standing.
