Immediate Machine Operator openings on our 3rd shift!

Compensation:

• Compensation $19 - $21, based on experience - SUNDAY - THURSDAY -11pm - 7am
• Additional 3rd shift $3/hr shift differential working this shift!
• $3000 Sign on bonus for 3rd shift.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
o Operate multiple pieces of production equipment
o Load, unload and operate production equipment
o Assist with monitoring quality of products and take corrective actions as instructed.
o Good communication and attendance.
o Help to prepare machine(s) for production startup and shut down
o Track production supplies at assigned station and ensure proper levels maintained
o Track production output and quality level periodically throughout and at end of shift.
o Housekeeping of work area.

Education, Skills and/or Experience

o HS Diploma or equivalent required.
o Some mechanical aptitude. Good manual dexterity a plus
o Previous exposure within a manufacturing setting desired, but will train otherwise qualified candidates.
o Understand written and spoken safety, quality, and machine process instructions
o Computer Skills: Ability to comfortably operate in a Windows environment needed.
o Willingness to learn additional skills such as Excel, a plus.
o 7 year national criminal & Federal Background, sex offender and MRPT Clearance
(Moderate Risk Public Trust background check)
o 10 panel Drug Screening
