Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled MSP Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for working with our various teams to understand customer needs and design technical solutions that can be implemented by our implementation teams. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of technical solutions that can be deployed to small – medium-sized businesses, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with various teams to understand customer needs and design technical solutions that align with the Lutz Tech product portfolio.
• Will also be responsible for creating Statements of Works, Build of Materials and Technical Briefs.
• Collaborate with the sales and account management teams to develop proposals.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers and implementation teams throughout the lifespan of the projects that you design.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the technical solutions that can be deployed to small-medium-sized businesses.
• Assist with proposal presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in an implementation engineering role in the MSP industry.
• Experience with implementing Microsoft solutions including M365, Azure, Windows Server
• Experience with implementing various networking solutions including firewalls, L2/L3 switching, and wireless.
• Strong understanding of technical solutions that can be deployed to small–medium-sized businesses.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• This position can be fully remote
