Lube Technicians Needed!!!!
Colony One Auto Center is looking for motivated, automotive lube technicians to join our team. We are a successful family-owned and operated shop that offers a friendly staff, and experienced leadership to help our technicians achieve their career goals. Responsibilities:
We work on all makes and models, and on a wide variety of repairs. Preferred technicians will have experience as a Lube Technician, and a European background would be a plus. Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy
- Inspect vehicles including fluids, tires, battery, brakes, etc.
- Change oil, fluids, filters, brakes, lubricate moving parts
- Change and balance tires
- Communication with Parts Specialist and Service Advisors
- Reports machine defects and malfunctions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge about our industry
- Ensure that workspace is kept clean and equipment and tools are kept in good condition and stored properly
Qualifications:
Successful candidates for the automotive lube technician position will have:
- Experience as an automotive technician with a European background a plus
- Willingness to learn, hard-working, and reliable
- Troubleshooting skills
- Commitment to quality
- Basic computer skills
- Team player
- Good communicator
- Personal set of tools
- Valid/Clean driver’s license
