Continuum is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to work with a 9-year-old male who has Pompe disease. Patient has a trach, vent, and g-tube.

Requirements for our Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN):

· Valid nursing license in the state your case is located, or a compact state nursing license

· Successfully pass a background check

· American Heart Association approved CPR Certification

· Acceptable I-9 documents indicating eligibility to work in the United States

· Copy of current TB results or Chest X-ray if available

· The ability to make independent nursing judgments with minimal supervision

Shifts Available:

· Week 1: Wednesday, Friday, Saturday 7 am – 7 pm

· Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday 7 am – 7 pm

· Family is flexible with the weekend shifts
