NURSE MONITOR LPN West Springfield Office Fulltime Position Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
$62,400 - $72,800 As part of the core Nursing team; collaborate within community-based group homes for individuals with developmental disabilities and brain injuries. Responsibilities: · Oversight of Residential Programs within Western MA. · Quarterly audits · Oversight of significant client medical care / appointments / well-being Qualifications · Collaborate within interdisciplinary care team for clients with Brain Injuries· Valid MA Nursing License· Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record · Physical ability to perform the requirements of the position· Good communication and computer skill WHAT WE OFFER:We believe in a healthy balance between work and the rest of your life.
