Responsibilities of LPN:
- Takes and records residents vitals
- Observe residents and report any new/abnormal findings
- Reports any chanes to medication being administered
- Administers medication/intra/sub muscular injections
- Collect specimens as needed
- Examine/prepare food trays for perscribed diets
