Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Gold City Health & Rehab is looking for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. We are searching for LPNs who are as committed to the care and safety of our residents as we are.

Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to residents under the direction of an RN and as prescribed by the physician
- Display a manner of respect and professionalism at all times
- Assist in maintaining a home environment for our residents
Must be a License Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocation Nurse (LVN) with active and unrestricted licensing in the State of Georgia. Long term care experience is also required.
As a condition of employment at Gold City Health & Rehab, all Team Members are required to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical or religious exemption by date of hire.
