About Us

- One year of customer service experience.
- Current licensure with the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
- Two years current nursing experience.
- Current CPR certification.
- Current working knowledge of the infusion industry.
- Ability to work well with staff and the public, make sound judgments and maintain confidentiality.
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to work independently and be flexible to accomplish a wide variety of tasks.
- Ability to move and lift rental/retail equipment up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer skills.
- Valid Driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance.
Preferred:
- Typing speed of 35-40 wpm.
- Medical terminology background.
- Billing or sales experience with home infusion.
