Titan SenQuest Management, Inc. is seeking an LPN for the day and overnight shifts at Cambridge Place Assisted Living, our assisted living and memory care community in Cambridge, OH. We are filling full-time and/or part-time positions. Recent graduates welcomed.

The LPN is responsible for administering and documenting medication management for residents and supervising resident care and activities of daily life.

Duties and Responsibilities

Follow nursing service policies and procedures.

Administer resident rights program.

Evaluate and assess resident care.

Administer and document all medication management for residents.

Notify resident’s physician and family of change in resident condition.

Document family concerns and resident concerns with healthcare management.

Train personnel.

Direct and supervise work activities of caregiving staff.

Effectively communicate in English with residents and other employees.

Demonstrate high standards of ethics and personal accountability.

Follow all OSHA, Fire, Health Department and safety requirements.

Skills/Qualifications

LPN from an accredited nursing program.

Experience with aging-related diseases and disorders preferred.

Experience working with senior citizens preferred.

Computer skills required.

Regular attendance is expected.

Push, pull or lift up to 50 lbs.
