We are seeking License Practical Nurses (LPNs) who are well-versed with all areas of nursing within a facility-based environment and able to provide medically relevant care.

Hours are shift based at 8-hour shifts - 7:00am-3:00pm, 3:00pm-11:00pm, or 11:00pm-7:00am; must be available on weekends.

The ideal candidate will partner with our experienced healthcare recruiters to go through our hiring process. Once LPNs are hired, all appropriate training and educational resources are available for our field staff to succeed and provide quality skilled nursing care within the homes of our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Changing dressings or inserting catheters
• Medication administration
• Taking patient histories and maintaining documentation
• Monitoring vital signs and overall condition of patient health
• Providing personal care, such as helping with bathing and toileting
• Must be able to lift 50lbs
• Comfortable working in a facility environment
• Med surg (pushing a med cart) 10 -15 patient units

Job Requirements:

• NYS Licensed Practical Nursing License
• NYS Licensed Practical Nursing Registration
• BCLS or ACLS - The American Heart Association
• Physical (Must be up-to-date)
• 2 PPD’s or QuantiFERON blood test of proof of positive PPD with negative Chest X-Ray
• MMR/Titers Lab Report
• Two forms of government ID’s
• Two letters or recommendation
• Covid-19 Vaccination card

* To and from the White Plains Metro-North train station and the facility
