Job description
_Position - LPN/LVN (Behavioral Health).
Job Location - 9601 Steilacoom Boulevard Southwest, Lakewood, WA 98498.
Shift Time - Day 5x8-Hour (06:30 - 15:00) and Mid 5x8-Hour (14:30 - 23:00).
Contract - 13 weeks full time contract with possible extension._
Requirements -
- LPN Washington State License.
- BLS Certifications.
- Covid Card.
- Working every other weekend.
Pay - $40/hr to $45/hr on W2 (Taxable).
